The present Terms and Conditions of Use agreement (hereinafter, the "Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter, the "User") and Nexus Futures (hereinafter, the "Company"). These Terms govern access to and use of the Nexus Futures technological ecosystem, including its Dashboard, institutional data terminals, options flow algorithms, and any associated tool or service (hereinafter, the "Service").
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the Service immediately.
1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE: TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Nexus Futures operates under the strategic model of technological infrastructure for the trading ecosystem. The Service consists exclusively of the provision of advanced technological infrastructure and the processing of derived quantitative data.
- • No Financial Advice: Nexus Futures is NOT an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or regulated asset manager. The Company does not manage third-party capital or provide personalized recommendations.
- • Educational and Informational Purpose: All information, metrics, and visualizations are generated strictly for informational and educational purposes. The Company does not issue recommendations to buy, sell, or hold financial assets.
- • Operator Sovereignty: The User acknowledges that they are a "Sovereign Operator." Nexus provides the radar; the execution decision, assumed risk, and capital management are the sole and absolute responsibility of the User.
2. INSTITUTIONAL RISK WARNING AND VOLATILITY
Trading futures, derivatives, and options involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investment profiles.
- • Derivatives Mechanics: The User understands that the contemporary market is driven by options flows and Market Makers’ hedging obligations. Nexus Futures maps these mathematical obligations; however, actual market execution may deviate from theoretical models due to "black swan" events, liquidity crises, or systemic failures outside the Company’s control.
- • Risk Capital: Only "Risk Capital" should be used (funds whose loss does not affect the User’s financial security or lifestyle) for trading. Nexus Futures is not responsible for patrimonial losses arising from the User’s trading activity.
3. STRICT "NO SIGNALS" AND ANTI-SIGNALING POLICY
Nexus Futures explicitly prohibits the interpretation of its metrics as "investment signals" or immediate execution advice.
- • Restrictions for Partners: Strategic partners or educators who use Nexus Futures are contractually prohibited from selling, promoting, or distributing copy-trading or alert-based "Signal Services" under the Nexus brand or endorsement.
- • Third-Party Disclaimer: The Company does not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for interpretations, projections, or market "calls" made by third parties or independent Partners using Nexus infrastructure for their own communities.
4. ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND DATA RIGHTS
Nexus Futures acts as an integrator obtaining data from third-party providers (institutional exchanges and feeders).
- • As-Is Delivery: The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. The Company does not guarantee that the data will be 100% accurate, error-free, timely, or uninterrupted at all times.
- • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without any right to refund, if the User streams or constantly retransmits Nexus data on public or private platforms without an approved Partner license.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ALGORITHMIC PROTECTION
The "Intelligence Layer" of Nexus Futures, including but not limited to its GEX/Vanna calculation models, obligation zone visualizations, and stability algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
- • Because the Company incurs high fixed institutional data licensing costs for each active user node:
- • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without any right to refund, if the User uses automation tools that compromise the stability of Nexus servers.
6. SUBSCRIPTION POLICY AND "MARGIN PROTECTION"

- • Nexus Futures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without any right to refund, if the User uses the infrastructure to promote scams, Ponzi schemes, or any unlawful activity.
7. USER CONDUCT AND INFRASTRUCTURE ABUSE
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without any right to refund, if the User streams or constantly retransmits Nexus data on public or private platforms without an approved Partner license.
- • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without any right to refund, if the User uses automation tools that compromise the stability of Nexus servers.
- • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without any right to refund, if the User uses the infrastructure to promote scams, Ponzi schemes, or any unlawful activity.
8. MODIFICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Nexus Futures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will take effect immediately after publication on the official website or Dashboard. Continued use of the Service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States [or the final jurisdiction selected by the Company]. Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of such venue, and the parties waive any other forum that may otherwise apply.
BY ACCESSING THE DASHBOARD OR PROCESSING PAYMENT FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION, THE USER DECLARES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
